Philipp Blume has been working as a lawyer at Sasse Bachelin Lichtenhahn since 2015, having previously worked in the legal department of an international media company at its Berlin office.
His areas of practice are media and copyright law with a special focus on the entertainment and music industry in particular. His clients include artists, musicians, producers, songwriters, managements, labels, publishers, distributors, agencies, filmmakers and other media companies in need of advice. The main part of his work is the negotiation and drafting of contracts for all types of licensing and exploitation agreements in the field of intellectual property, both in German and English. In addition, he also advises in the context of the media and music industry on matters relating to industrial property rights, corporate law and employment law.
In his spare time, he works as a musician, songwriter and music producer in cooperation with various Berlin artists, producers and labels.
